I wanted to go fast, but I was scared of speed. So I became a NASCAR Driver to beat my anxiety. Did it work?

I've struggled with General Anxiety and Panic Disorder for most of my adult life. It's an isolating feeling and I just got tired of feeling stuck in my life. So, I started documenting my journey of overcoming anxiety by pushing myself out of my comfort zone and into THE ROB ZONE -- one extraordinary adventure at a time.
